Data request

Exercise your rights over the personal data we hold. We answer within one month.

What are you asking for

What happens to what you type here. Your name, email address and any details go to contact@dpp-studio.eu so we can answer. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR: answering you is a legal obligation under Art. 12 GDPR, not something we choose to do. We keep the correspondence as long as needed to handle the request and to show we handled it, then delete it. If we cannot tell that the request is really yours, we will ask you to confirm your identity before we act (Art. 12 (6) GDPR).

How long this takes

We answer within one month of receiving your request (Art. 12 (3) GDPR). If the request is complex, or if you have made several, we may extend that by up to two further months, and we will tell you within the first month if we do, together with why.

There is no charge. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in particular because it repeats, we may charge a reasonable fee or refuse it, and we will explain which and why (Art. 12 (5) GDPR).

If you would rather not use this form

Write to contact@dpp-studio.eu, or to the postal address in the Impressum. A request is valid however you make it; no particular form is required. You can also complain directly to a supervisory authority under Art. 77 GDPR without contacting us first, as set out in the privacy policy.
