§ 5 (1) no. 2 DDG requires details allowing rapid electronic contact and direct communication, including an email address. We provide two electronic channels rather than a telephone number, which the Court of Justice permits where the second channel produces a prompt reply (C-298/07):

• the enquiry form, which needs no mail client

Both reach the same people, and the postal address above reaches us too. We answer enquiries promptly during German business hours.

To exercise a right over your own personal data, the data request form is quicker, though no particular form is required.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG). DPP Studio is offered to businesses, not to consumers.

The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so no link to it is given here.

Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and the general laws. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected; liability in that respect begins only once a specific infringement becomes known, and we will remove such content promptly.

Liability for links

This site links to external websites over whose content we have no control. The respective provider or operator of those pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for legal infringements at the time of linking and none were apparent. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of an infringement is not reasonable; on notification we will remove such links promptly.
